ASSALAM -O-ALAIKUM!

Hello everyone! Where are you? I am here to explore the hidden treasure of my village. What are you expecting from the word hidden treasure? I think that you are expecting the gold diamond to be many more like these things. But these are not those you are expecting these are the fresh vegetables grown in my village. They are playing a vital and essential role in rolling up and scaling up the economy and financial burden of the village. So today I am going to write about the freshly grown vegetables of my village along with their benefits, and also their role in the development of my villagers.

As the hidden treasure of my village now, I am a revenge student year in the form of 🫛 peas, tomatoes 🍅, cucumber 🥒, cauliflower, cabbage, and carrots 🥕 . All these vegetables are grown in our village in the seasons and then enriched with new trends are supplied to the local residential areas along with the market. In this way, the planting, harvesting, and marketing circle is circular, and our village economy and prosperity also circulate.

The first revealed hidden is the cauliflower. Its eatable material is a white color flower. It is not only a source of vitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin B6, and florate. It also has magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, and many other nutrients essential for the body's growth.

It has functions, including keeping the body hydrated as it has 92% of the water in it. It is also beneficial for the stomach and the normal growth of the body. It is a seasonal vegetable in our area and usually in high amounts during the months of December to January. There are also some market fluctuations are also faced by our villagers. It can also be grown in the time of 80 days, and after 80 days, it is fully grown.

You are also well known about this vegetable known as cabbage. A plate of salad is incomplete without this. It has also a lot of uses in the field of cooking. It is used with the mixture and also aside food for many servings. It is essential for maintaining the body in a balanced manner. It where is upon sometime temperature maintaining. Such market fluctuations are also faced by our villagers. But as far as its uses, it is the most beneficial vegetable grown in our village.

It has also many nutrients. It is a complete package of carbohydrates, minerals, zinc, potassium, vitamins, and manganese, along with 88% of the water in it. It is a very important and freshly grown vegetable in my village.

It has a long of uses in our everyday daily life. Is juice is very beneficial for heart health along with the circulation of blood. Blood pressure is maintained by using this carrot juice. It is also used in the salad along with the use in cooking. You have also its food a many time in your life. It is usually grown in the month of October to December in our village. It also has agriculture to maintain healthy soil. It is also used for cattle in our village. Market fluctuations are also a concern during this period.

If you are a cooker, then you are well a noun about this vegetable. Commonly found and a heart of daily cooking. Women are well about this, and the men are also. The red color shown in this picture is the tomatoes. It is the only vegetable which is also used as a fruit. So we can say that it is a fruit-vegetable.

The heart of every meal is this vegetable. It is commonly used in ketchup and sauces. Its juices are also used by everyone. It also has many benefits for our body. Circular blood pressure aids in digestion. Used growing season defense against the temperature in our area. Grown in the month of January to February and harvest in the months of March and April.
