Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Today I am here with my entry to participate in the STEEM FOR INDONESIA Community's Weekly Drawing Contest. The main theme of this competition is Rose Flower Drawing. As per the rules of the competition, I will not draw rose flowers from any source. Rather, I will draw the rose flower with my own creativity.

Rose flower is one of the most attractive flowers among all flowers. The fragrance of which captivates everyone. I myself like this flower very much. So, as soon as I saw the competition, I prepared to participate without further delay. I will show you how to draw a rose in a very simple way. Anyone can draw it if they follow my method. So without further delay let's move forward to the front of the competition. I first presented below what is needed for drawing rose flower:

• Pencil

• Color Pencils

• Eraser

The Process of Drawing

Step : 01

• First I take a drawing pad and use a pencil to draw the entire shape of the rose flower. As you can see in the picture below. Since I am going to draw a rose flower, I will shape the flower accordingly.

Step : 02

• Then I will make a definite outline on the shape of the rose flower. And the lines that I don't need, depending on the shape of the rose, I will erase those lines with an eraser.

Step : 03

• Then I was able to give a definite and perfect shape to the rose flower. And as you can see I've nicely outlined the outline of a rose without color.

Step : 04

• Then I started coloring one side of the rose flower with a red color pencil. And on one side of the rose, I have given a shade of black color. So that the folds of the rose petals can be understood very well.

Step : 05

• In the next step I will color all the petals of the rose. Also, I will shade the light and dark colors throughout the rose flower to make it look realistic.

Step : 06

• Then I will paint all the petals of the rose and highlight the petals with black color on it. In the next part I will draw the lower part of the rose flower and the part of the stem. I will first use green, teal and coffee colors for the lower part. Then one by one I will give the color combination between the leaves and the dot with these three colors. In this way, after coloring all the leaves and the lower stem, the work of drawing the rose flower is completed.

In fact, in conclusion, I really enjoyed this drawing. Drawing is my passion. But currently I can't give time due to busy schedule. But when I get a chance to do this, I never do without. Because I love painting so much. I thank @m-fdo for organizing very good competitions on the platform. I would like to invite some of my friends along with him.
