Breakfast, lunch and dinner are important for both physical and mental health because they provide nutrients and energy needed for the body to function properly throughout the day.

On the 15th of November 2024, I had a great and enjoyable day exploring through different meals of the day. Now, let’s get to know what I had for breakfast, lunch and dinner;
Breakfast: Pasta ( spaghetti jollof) served with fried fish.
Lunch: Meat pie and soft drink
Dinner: Vegetable soup and swallow (garri)

Pasta is one meal that brightens up mood after eating. After carrying out my morning routine, I decided to prepare a delicious meal for breakfast. I had some seasoned fish and prawn at home so I used it to prepare jollof pasta. I fried both the fish and prawn to a crispy brown and served it along side with the pasta.

At noon, I was exhausted from work and did not plan anything for lunch so I went to a restaurant to purchase snacks. After making payment, I brought the snacks back home to have a taste of it and then stepped it down with a soft drink.

Dinner being the last meal for the day, this was the last food I consumed on this day. I had late night dinner after a long stressful day. I went to the kitchen, set water on gas and prepared garri to accompany with soup. The soup was cold so I heated it up for few minutes and served.
