Welcome back to my food diary blog. Food is an important factor in our daily lives, the strength to carry out other activities are gotten from food. Then, you can see the obvious significant roles it plays. Food has it principles which is to make a food menu and portion every meal of the day in an health way.

Here's my food menu for 9th November 2024;
Breakfast: Fried yam and egg sauce
Lunch: Cereal ( golden morn)
Dinner: Afang soup and swallow (garri)

It's a good feeling to plan a meal ahead. Waking up, I already figured out what meal to serve for breakfast. After my usual morning routine, I went to the kitchen, peeled yam, cut to my desired sizes and fried it. After frying, I served it with a leftover egg sauce I had at home.

It was a busy day for me, I couldn't spend more than 10 minutes in the kitchen so I decided to prepare golden morn for lunch. With just water and milk added, lunch was served.

After work, I was drained and exhausted. I couldn't imagine myself standing in the kitchen to prepare food so I went to a nearby restaurant to purchase a plate of soup. In less than 5 minutes, I was able to make swallow ( garri) using hot water and then served with the soup.

An hour later after dinner, I took some oranges before prepping to go to bed after a long hectic day.
