Friendship is an important part of human life because the individuals involved share in each other's bad and good moments. Friends give each other listening ears, comfort, all round support ( emotional, financial and spiritual), share in both joy and sorrowful time, be a confidant and very understanding when we encounter our worse situation.
My friend and I
The sense of belonging, motivation, positive influence and acceptance that friends give to each other can't be compared or trade.
I am grateful for the gift of genuine friends in my corner and among those personalities is my friend "Love". We’ve been friends for many years now, we met each other long time ago through our parents. Sometimes, I can’t stress it by telling people that we are friends because we are more than just friends, we are sisters.
Sisters who stand by each other through thick and thin, we lighten our moods with laughter, encourage and motivate one another when necessary to become a better version.
For Friendship Day, I will choose to make a tasty snacks for my friend. Sometimes, long time friends get bored of receiving a regular gifts or visiting old places. Making a unique recipe would be lovely and of course add more beautiful memories to the ones we already had.
A snack for Friendship Day
This snack is called; Bun-dogs, made with sausage, flour, milk, baking powder, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, egg, sugar and skewers ( used for holding sausage). I have actually tried this recipe some time back and I consider it unique and special because it is not regular. Please refer HERE for the full recipe/ tutorial of this snack.
I will also accompany the snack with home made Chapman cocktail

My special treat won’t end with just snacks and Chapman cocktail but with yoghurt and fruits parfait for relaxation.

I believe that my friend will enjoy these snacks and drinks for Friendship Day after preparing it with so much love just as her name implies. Hahaha.....
Friendship Day is beyond giving out gifts, having time to reflect on the past memories is another way to strengthen friendship. I hope our friendship keeps waxing stronger each passing day!

That was a very delicious treat and I am pretty sure that your friend will enjoy it. You know that often the food that we share with close friends or family even if it is very simple one but usually taste much intense. The moments that we share like that also remain in our memories for a long time.
Bun-dogs were looking like something sweet when I glanced first time but later on I noticed that this is sausage based, that seems to be really very good and practical snack. Having it on stick our fingers will remain clean too.

Yes, bun-dogs is a sausage based snack. The skewer helps to keep fingers neat after consumption and also prevent dirt from getting into the food from our hands. It’s both ways. Thank you for your valuable contribution 😊
