Assalamu Alaikum,
Hello everyone,
I am @afrinn
From #Bangladesh
How are you friends? Hope everyone is well and safe. By the grace of Allah and your prayers, I am having a good day. I am having a lot of fun during the winter days and today I am here to participate in a food competition. For this, I would like to thank @jyoyi-thelight mam. To organize this competition for us every week and here we can present our daily food. So let's start without further ado. I eat different types of food in the morning, noon and night. My dishes are very amazing and wonderful. I always make my meals in small quantities and it's very easy for us all to enjoy together. Let's get started
Breakfast
In the morning I also prepare food with flour most of the time. Because in the morning I like to eat any prepared food like roti or chapare or mochamche. It is normal for us to wake up late on winter mornings. So I don't make it a little late to wake up which needs to be tackled. I mostly eat the food that is easy to prepare in the morning. Today I had breakfast in the morning by making chapari with flour and frying it with oil. It tastes as good as it looks. You can prepare the food if you want. You will see the food is very fun and delicious
lunch
I usually make rice curry and any vegetable bhaji. So today I cooked bean and potato curry with small fish. and cauliflower. Small fish cooked with beans and potato vegetables makes the food very tasty. Small fish is an essential food. Eating rice increases the brightness of the eyes, the blood is good and it is very beneficial for different types of body. So I keep small fish fillets on the menu two to three days a week. Small fish curry is very tasty when cooked with more onions.
afternoon snack
In the afternoon I had some beef in my fridge. I cooked the meat and left it in the fridge. And I made bread with rice flour. It is very fun to eat meat with rice root bread. When our eid season comes we make these recipes beef with roti. And beef is my favorite. Now I cook beef either with rice flour or flour.
I make bread with these and serve it with meat. You can eat like me.
night
Just before evening I made steamed pita. Relatives came to our house and we love to entertain relatives. I make steamed pita for my relatives and for us. Vapa Pitha is our winter food. We prepare the food in winter season. Our Bangladesh makes different types of pitha during winters like milk pitha, puli pitha, steamed pitha etc. I am very happy to feed my relatives steamed pies today. In this case I was able to test my own skills and make the pitha properly. So today I am sharing your vapa pitha recipe. You can prepare the dish in winter mornings or evenings just like me.
