Gratefulness is a state of someone being thankful or appreciative for something done for or to them or for something they received.
Life is full of ups and downs and sometimes we encounter things to be sad about and other times we encounter things to be grateful about. Being grateful to me is simply been thankful for all the good things that happens to us and sometimes we can even dare to be grateful for the seemingly not good ones too because they could have been worse.
Every one at one point or the other receives the good things of life and for these we should really be grateful for. Gratefulness is an attitude everyone should put on as we navigate through life.
There are a lot of things that am grateful for;
Am first of all grateful for my life and living. The fact that am alive in the land of living people is enough reason to be grateful. A living dog is better than a dead lion. I may not have all my heart desires but am truly grateful because I know those things will come with time.
Am grateful for my family. Everyone is hale and hearty and doing well in their capacity. Am grateful for not loosing anyone to untimely death. Am grateful I have family members around me who I could share my up and down moments with. Having your family around can be one of the greatest blessings of life.
Am grateful for my friends who have stuck closer than family. By friends has been my back bone in my down moments. Having people to celebrate with you and to celebrate with is a thing to be grateful for.
Am grateful for the things I’ve been able to achieve. My business and ministry and my achievements on steemit. Having a work that puts food on my table and other side hustles are a lot to be grateful for.
Above all am grateful for good health and healthy living. Am not sick, am hale, hearty and am strong and able to carry out my daily business and endeavors. Health they say is wealth and being healthy is a thing to be grateful about.
Being grateful and counting our blessings everyday makes a whole lot of difference in our lives. This is because gratefulness and showing appreciation makes space for more blessings. When we are content and appreciate the much we have it make’s a positive impact in our life especially in the area of our health.
In conclusion, We can lead a healthy life as we are optimistic for the better things of life. Worry brings anxiety and depression and then other health disadvantages hence we should be grateful always and then hope for a better tomorrow as we put in our best.
