It’s with utmost excitement that I write this because my journey on steemit and seeing the beautiful things people do and the extent they go to make and create amazing contents is out of this world.

I must say that some contents really deserve all the acknowledgment they should get and this is my thought for picking this particular post as the best this week. The best post I’ve read this week is the beautiful SEC challenge post made by our very own jyoti-the light. It’s a steemit engagement challenge post of her crafting a very beautiful cake to celebrate steemit eight year anniversary. She crafted a very beautiful cake out of card board papers using;

💚 Five Different Color Sheets
💚 Glitter Foam Sheets
💚 Scissors
💚 Glue
💚 Knife/cutter
💚 White board
💚 Steemit logo design print.

Then she proceeded to tactically cut and design these card Board papers until they turned out into a beautiful cake.

The author of the post is jyoti-thelight and she’s a steemit country representative of India. She’s an enterpreneur and a graphic designer. She has a reputation of 77, joined steemit in 2017. I’ve known her to be a prolific writer and I actually enjoy reading her posts a lot. She is an MOD in the hindwale community. She’s known for her consistency and dedication to the Steemit ecosystem.

Reason for selecting the post.

The reason I selected the post is because am a love r of craft. Am not good with craft hence when I see people who do it and do it so well, I admire them a lot because I know it takes a lot of sacrifices and patience to come up with such an amazing craft.

Craft is not easy and this particular post will wow your mind. I think you should just pause and take a look at what our beautiful sister came up with and you will know why I choose her as the best post. It’s indeed very commendable and I must say that am really moved by the competence and dedication.

What did you learn from this post?

I learnt the importance of celebrating our own. Steemit has been a blessing to any consistent steemian out there and so I must say that it’s a thing to celebrate. Making out time to create such a beauty in the spirit of celebrating steemit is worth all the commendations. We should celebrate what we have and that’s steemit. Am proud of steeemit, am proudly a steemian and I say happy eight anniversary to our dear Steemit ecosystem.
