We all know that heart attack or cardiac arrest is considered to be the cause of death for most people in the world, but very few people know that the fastest growing cause after heart attack is obesity. Obesity is not just one but the root of thousands of diseases. A lot of efforts are being made in the world to reduce obesity. Many sports tournaments are also organized to increase people's love for sports and bring them towards sports or fitness and avoid obesity. Through this contest, I am asking you some easy questions. Answer these questions to the best of your ability.

Do you believe that prevention is better than cure?

What kind of diseases or challenges in physical work can we face due to obesity?

What kind of food should be adopted and avoided to avoid obesity?

What kind of sports or exercises can prevent obesity?
