THE DIARY GAME: A STROLL THROUGH EVENING BLISS: {03TH SEPTEMBER, 2024}

It was a beautiful moment to have my dear hubby visits me in my work station.
Yesterday evening, we decided to take a leisurely stroll, something we hadn't done in a while due to our busy schedules. Apprently, the weather was perfect, just the way I lked it, not too hot, with a gentle breeze that made the walk even more enjoyable. As we walked hand in hand, we chatted about some beautiful places we had visited before, catching up on the little things we sometimes miss during the hustle and bustle of life 😍

We first of all went to my work place. It felt so different, visiting there outside of working hours, with no rush to attend to patients or consult with colleagues 😀The atmosphere was much quieter, almost peaceful. I showed him around a bit, pointing out the new changes in the hospital, like our new Emergency block which is under construction with a large packing space, including the diebetic clinic, which is under renovation, the oxygen plant station and other projects that had been implemented recently. He listened intently, asking questions and showing genuine interest in my work, which made me feel even more connected to him 😘

After spending some time at the hospital, we continued our walk and decided to visit the love garden nearby. This garden has always been one of my favorite spots. The flowers were in full bloom, painting the garden with vibrant colors. We found a quiet bench and sat for a while, enjoying the serene environment. The scent of roses filled the air as we talked about our plans for the future, sharing dreams and aspirations.

As the sun began to set, we realized it was time to get home. On our way, we stopped by the nearby shop to pick up some needed items for house consumption. The shop was small but had everything we needed. After making payment for items, we continued our stroll, slowly making our way back home.

Once we got home, we were both pleasantly tired. We freshen up had a yummy dinner and decided to rest. The evening had been simple, but it was the kind of simplicity that brings true contentment. Notwithstanding, Spending quality time with my world best and away from distractions, reminded us of the importance of these small moments. We ended the day feeling relaxed and grateful for each other's company, looking forward to more strolls like this more often.
