Welcome to my blog. Today I am going to share with you every food in a day. My food intake depends on my regular living home days and university boarding house. February 9th is a Sunday. That day I work part time in a pharmacy at night shift. I would like to share all the food I captured from that morning to night in this article. I should appreciate @jyoti-thelight for organizing such a wonderful contest every week.
That morning I woke up at around 6 am. After waking up in the morning, I first brushed my teeth and got clean. Then to start the day's work fresh and energetic, I first ate my breakfast. In the morning, I chose chicken gravy with bread. The taste of both the foods is well-balanced. Also, they are delicious. The soft nature of the bread slices makes them delectable.
My mother had added a different recipe to the chicken curry that I had prepared in the morning to my lunch. The chicken pieces were toasted and fried with fried onions, making it mouth-watering. I had made dal, fried chicken and cucumber salad with rice. I packed my lunch and ate it during the break time at work.
I like to make my dinner my lightest meal of the day because I go to sleep very lately. But this day I took my dinner as a milk rice and mackerel sambal. Both food recipes are well together and palatable. Many people say that because milk rice has milk in it, it makes you feel sleepy quickly. But I don't feel sleepy when I eat milk rice. However, milk rice is a delectable recipe that can be made quickly. You can add fish sauce, chicken sauce, mackerel sambal as the most suitable curry for it.
That's how I added my meals for the day. Since we should be more concerned about our physical health, it is worth adding healthy food recipes to our meals. We would like to cordially invite @sualeha, @enamul17 & @simaroy to participate in this contest.
