Hey My Dear friends 😍,

You all are welcome to my blog with heartfull gratitude. It is my pleasure to post my Food Diary here. I appreciate @jyoti-thelight to organizing such a awesome Food Diary Game.

In this post, I am going to share the meals of the day that I added on September 9. I will now show you my delicious food inviting you to visit it.

In the morning I woke up around 6 am. Although it was a Monday, there were no lectures on that day, so I spent the whole day at home. I had a delicious egg bread for my breakfast. The egg bread consisted of two pieces of egg, a slice of onion and a slice of capsicum. Of course I ate it with a cup of delicious ginger tea. I mostly eat these bakery products with a delicious hot drink. My mother made me this ginger tea cup.

For lunch, I cut a banana leaf and put it on my plate to eat it. Since the food on the banana leaf is delicious, I decided to eat rice and curry on a banana leaf. That day my mother had prepared a delicious balanced diet. Then I was able to enjoy a delicious lunch of village food. The taste of each food is different. So I could not imagine which curry was the most delicious. My lunch consist with yummy dhal curry, fried potatoes, chicken curry, gotukola mallum and red rice. It was fantastic yummy combination I have tried.

At afternoon tea time, my mother had prepared milk with Nestomalt milk powder for everyone in the family. I wanted to relax and enjoy the taste of a hot and tasty milk tea.

I chose a light fruit salad for dinner. It helped me a lot to spend the last part of my day productively. I like to eat fruits a lot. Bananas, papayas and mangoes are the most liked to eat in this way. Such vitamin C fruits can increase the immunity of the body.

That's how I spend that day with food. I would like to invite @sualeha, @kunwal and @enamul17 to this interesting contest.
