Today I am writing about an interesting Steemit Engagement Challenge S19- W4: which is all time my favourite topic “What can you do for your friendship on Friendship Day?" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic.

On friendship day we all try to make our friends feel special and want to strengthen our friendship and make it memorable. We don't make friends with everyone, there is always that one special person who is good in our heart, talking to whom, spending time with whom we don't even realize the time. Such friends who are your companion in happiness and sorrow, who correct you on your mistakes, encourage you when you do good work, are rarely found.

She is my childhood friend, our friendship is quite old. But now she lives in another city. That is why we meet very rarely. But whenever she comes to her maternal home during holidays, we definitely spend time together and talk a lot. Today I will make a gift for my friend to give on friendship day. My friend likes handmade things a lot, she can also buy things from the market and use them. But the fun of making it with your own hands, the feeling that comes in it, is not there in giving it in a readymade thing.

The things that I will need to make a pen holder are as follows

A tin box
Fevicol
Two colourful shining sheets ( red and green)
Ball of thermocol
Scissors

Step 1

First of all, I have to mark the amount of paper needed to cover the box on the sheet and cut it.

Step 2

After applying fevicol on the cut sheet, we have to paste it on the box and cover its sides properly.

Step 3

Then we will cut the sheet of another colour into two thin strips.

Step 4

Then we will paste both those strips on both the sides.

Step 5

Then we will apply thermocol ball on this sheet for decoration.

Step 6

Then I cut a piece of paper in the shape of clouds and wrote Happy Friendship Day on it and put it in my pen holder.

My pen holder is ready, a perfect gift for Friendship Day.🎁

Now when I have to meet my friend, I will give it to her. For now, I will definitely show her the gift on video call and also dedicate this line.

"Friendship is found with great luck, it is our good fortune that you came into our lives".

Friendship is a relationship that we choose ourselves, it is not a forced relationship, so this relationship should always be taken care of. It takes a moment to make a friendship but it takes a whole life to maintain it. Friendship should be so strong that no third person can come between it, there should be no place for misunderstandings and this is possible only when we set some limits for everything, then problems do not arise.
