Hello Distinguish Colleagues, I'm super excited here to share my own thoughts about contests on Steemit! First and foremost, I so much want to say a big thank you to our dear @alfazmalek and the amazing #hindwhale community for giving me this chance to express myself and grow together among others. It's definitely like being part of a one big, happy family where always the voice of everyone's matters!
What type of contest would you love to see on Steemit in 2025?
I really dream of seeing more of a creative storytelling contests here, where indeed we can share some tales from our different cultures and our backgrounds. I'm at this lane Imagining contests where we write about probably our local heroes in our communities or something like in sharing traditional recipes that was passed down through generations!
- This is content I've always enjoyed doing and also Another fun idea of mine would be about "Green Earth" contests, where the young writers can share their ideas about protecting our environment and making our world a better place. i know this contest already exists but seeing more of it from different angles is what I'm expecting.
What do you think makes a Steemit contest successful and engaging?
I believe that the best contests are always like a magical gardens where everyone can really plant their ideas and then watch them grow! Indeed Success blooms when contests have a more clear, simple rules that can really guarantee everyone understanding.
Having too friendly judges who really give helpful feedback then makes participants feel valued and so encouraged. This where I applaud #Hindwhale Community and not forgetting the current Steemit Learning Challenge SLC Also, when the prizes include both the Steem rewards, getting good curation and special community badges, it always makes everyone extra excited to join in with no hesitations!
How can we build a stronger and more engaged Hind Whale community on Steemit in 2025?
Sincerely speaking 🗣️ to make our #HindWhale community more stronger, we could always start by creating a "welcome parties for the new members where the experienced Steemians share a bit tips and tricks". I do suggest a Regular virtual meetups too if possible where we can chat, laugh, and learn from each other. This would be wonderful because we could also create some special mentorship programs where many experienced writers help the newcomers improve their skills in content creating.
