How will you welcome the new year

The new year is coming and we got barely 2 days on the clock, there's a lot of things we've put in place to welcome this new year and so much vows we've made to keep our habits, attitude and lives in check. I'd be telling you all about the things I'll be doing to welcome the new year thanks to @aviral123, so stay tuned as we unfold.

The preparation done includes decorations, though where I come from most of the decorations were for the Christmas celebration but we'll still use them for the new year.

This was just a house for the birth of Christ, we have also prepared a menu for the day which will range from desserts to main course meals, also we got drinks which we will buy. Desserts are sweets we will make is salad, the main course is a dish of carrots and green beans with chicken slices also we got Eru with Garri, all these are CAMEROON dishes.

My plans are very broad and as it concerns steemit, I'd like to reach 5000 STEEM and this is an effect of hardwork and consistency, then I'd like to get some more opportunities in my academic life and build my career that I'm following up right now, there's a long journey to follow.

I'm very excited to welcome this new year as an individual, a new year is a new life which you start as an individual, we celebrate new opportunities as we have started the new year, the prosperity comes as result of hardwork not wishing.

My first mistake is that of being lazy and inconsistent with working on steemit, and also making a lot of power downs, it's a mistake I want to change in the new year by making goals, making a target to reach and then reward myself for reaching the milestones.
