There are so many women in the world who have paved the way for generations to come and still inspire us with their remarkable performances and contributions. Their important role has held an essential place in the lives of many. Some of these women are
- Serena William (Tennis player)
- Chioma Ajunwa(Olympic goldmedalist)
- Michelle Obama(The first African-American first lady of united state)
- Melinda Gates (an American philanthropist who fights for women's empowerment and equality) and a whole lot of them

Today, I will be talking more about my inspiring women, who are my sisters; if you are close to me and don't know my sisters, that means you do not know me well, yes! We are that close we can pose as sisters and friends, every one of them. I have two elder sisters and two younger sisters we reside in different states but are closer than a close door neighbour
They are great women I have known from birth, a role model anyone can think of. They are best friends who will be and always be there for you, and their love is unconditional. They encourage you to do your best.
They are all purposeful women who are intentional in achieving their goals. I have watched them all grow to be great women right from the eldest to the youngest. The most impressive of them all is our baby sister. Her growth and strength inspire me. She has made an impact on the lives of so many people. We have nurtured a good relationship and been supportive, which does not just end among us.
These inspiring women/sisters of mine are all unique in their way with a clear sense of direction. I love and celebrate them every day and am grateful that we are siblings and can't trade them for anything. I am also grateful to our parents for all they invested in us; they never focused on the male child but equipped everyone equally, which has resulted in producing these inspiring and resilient women who inspire other women.
However, women inspiring women is an effective development that celebrates the strengths, great accomplishments and resilience of women. It's about having authority and power, to support and uplift each other to encourage learning, success and growth.
When women inspire women it creates opportunities for knowledge sharing and guidance which motivates others to strive for greatness when they recognise women's accomplishments
More so, this greatness can be achieved when women's achievements and successes are celebrated, supporting women who own businesses and those with initiatives, creating a conducive environment for women to strive to excel, giving space and encouraging women to take part in leadership roles.
