Hey everyone in this post we know about which is more important in life money or mental peace. What do you think?
Let us be honest, lately I feel like i am hamster who is running on a money wheel. Work, sleep, repeat. Do not get me wrong, financial security is important, but at what cost? I am constantly stressed, burnt out, and counting down the minutes till the weekend. Is this what it is all about?
I see my friends, glued to their phones, responding to emails at all hours. We used to dream about adventures, not about our next promotion. Maybe it is time to re evaluate. Is this way of earning money really worth sacrificing our mental peace? There has to be a better way.
Spend Now, Scramble Later? Nah, Save First!
Whenever we get money, we usually spend it. There is always some work or the other on which the money gets spent but it can be stressful to always need more money. Saving first is a better option. Set aside some money each time you get paid. It might feel weird at first, but seeing your savings grow is motivating. Plus, you will have a safety net for unexpected expenses. Treat yourself sometimes, but do it with money you know you can afford.
Do not get me wrong, financial security is important. But lately, I have been realizing there is more to happiness than just my bank account. For me, true peace comes from the simple things. Spending time with loved ones meeting with a good friend over coffee, or getting lost in a interesting movie these are the moments that really fill me up. A quiet walk in the park, even watching the birds flutter outside my window it all has a calming effect. Spending my time or simply doing something nice for someone always brings a smile to my face. So, yeah, money is important, but it is the little things, the connections, and the act of giving that truly bring me joy.

Hola amigo es verdad debemos de buscar aquellos que nos hace feliz debemos de hacer lo que nos gusta y solo de esa manera nos dará paz mental, gastar y luego ganar es una mala decisión, no debemos de tomar malas decisiones financieras ya que si tanto sacrificamos para conseguir un poco de dinero por que debemos de gastarlo en un momento sin pensarlo.
