Greetings friends, I hope you are all well. So, let’s begin today’s diary.
Last night, after leaving the office late, we went straight to a restaurant for dinner and ordered a full vegetarian platter because, during the Chhath Puja festival, we don’t eat non-vegetarian food.
After finishing our meal, we headed home. Just then, my roommate called and asked where we were. I told him that we were returning after dinner.
Once we reached home, I went to bed early because I had to go to the Chhath Ghat in the morning. Before sleeping, I set an alarm on my phone and then went to sleep. I woke up at 5:15 AM, quickly took a bath and got ready, and so did my friend. We reached the Chhath Ghat, offered prayers to Chhathi Maiya, and then returned.
After coming back, my friend wandered around a bit before going back to sleep since he isn’t used to waking up so early. I spent some time on my phone and then wrote a post about Chhath Puja. I was feeling quite tired, so after talking to my family for a while, I took a short nap for about an hour. I woke up around 12 PM and realized it was time for the office.
I quickly got ready and had lunch with Ajay before we both left for the office. Since it was Friday, there wasn’t a heavy workload, so we were a bit free. At the office, I delegated tasks to everyone and attended a couple of meetings. At around 3 PM, we visited a hockey outlet where Ajay did some shopping.
After returning, we got back to work and made sure everything was going smoothly.
In the evening, I went to sit on the office balcony, enjoying the cool breeze while sipping on my hot soup.
The evening view was truly splendid. After finishing my soup, I returned to the office and wrapped up some of my incomplete work. Since it was Friday, we headed over to the game area and played Injustice 2 on the Xbox.
After that, I went to the Reliance store, picked up some tomatoes, and headed home to prepare cauliflower and peas curry.
While I was still cooking the curry, another roommate arrived and joined in for dinner. However, the curry seemed a bit insufficient in quantity, so he decided to make some scrambled eggs (Anda Bhurji) as well.
Right now, the curry is cooking, and after dinner, I’ll be enjoying my weekend.
With that, I take my leave for now. See you in the next diary entry!
