Greetings to all wonderful steemians. I welcome you all to my blog. lt is another beautiful weekend, so l am here to join this food dairy contest oraganized by one of our esteem steemians @jyoti-delight.

This is one of the attractive and most commonest contest to me because we consume different meals on a daily basis. It is just to set a Camara after preparation. Yesterday's meal come only three times because It was an hectic day for me and my family.

MORNING

Waking up from sleep, I went straight to my kitchen, behold what? The only available raw food was Honey Beans. Beans is not my favourite anywhere, but I have to prepare it at least once or twice a week for husband because it is his favourite meals.

One thing I see in honey Beans is that it does not really require much ingredients. I use crayfish, salt, palm oil,seasoning cubes, ginger, garlic,curry leaf, pepper, dry fish and onion.

It took me just 45minute to bring out this yummy, delicious, proteinous meal from my kitchen.They are in varieties Viz: Iron beans, Aroca ( always very tiny but tasty),Honey Beans etc. I always go for honey beans because of it's high quality taste. Beans in general is one of the nutritious meals because of it's high in proteinous content and fibre which is best in lowering of our cholesterol and blood sugar.

AFTERNOON

Later came afternoon and I preferred something lite since there was no much things in the house. So, I combined just three different types of fruit after coming back from shoppings. That is what I took while giving myself some test.

We all know that fruits are essential in human body at least once in a day. This time I combine three of my favourite fruit at once. It is banana, watermelon and pineapple. All these comes with different health benefits.

Banana contains potassium which helps to Lower blood pressure of both young and older age. Frequent consumption of banana help in reduction of different cardiovascular disease.

Pineapple is a great source of vitamin C, which helps to boost our immunity on daily basis especially in this summer season, it helps in the reduction flu and cool.

Watermelon comes with 95% of water which is essential for hydration and digestive system function. It also contains anti-inflammatory properties that helps to reduce muscle soreness. Combining the three fruits together makes a lot of sense. This is all l took for lunch.

EVENING

My Dinner was one of our traditional delicacies called Otto mboro. In English it is known as unripe banana porridge.Oto mboro is one of the meals frequently prepared for a nursing mothers or an infant as a complementary or weaning food.

The reason being that unripe banana porridge is low in calories with high nutrients such as vitamins C and B6,plus potassium and fibre.

Here are the few ingredients I use for preparation:unripe banana,periwinkle, seasoning cubes, pepper, salt, dry cat fish, Palm oil, vegetables leaf, brisket bone, crayfish and onion.We all enjoyed this meal to our satisfaction.
