First of all many thanks to community authorities for selecting a great topic. Because the gender issue can be said to be the most discussed issue. There is a lot of discussion or criticism about that.

Also the questions are awesome, but before I answer the questions I invite three of my friends to participate in this contest. @dhira , @jollymonoara and @memamun are invited by me.

What does gender equality entail, and what are the advantages?

I don't know any specific definition of it. But I'll use an example to define it right now; If I have a table, there must be a chair for reading. Otherwise it is not at all possible to create a suitable environment for reading books.

To me gender equality is a bit like this example. Now if I present its benefits then many points must be mentioned. But I am mentioning few points in small scale.

An example we know is that a famous man we know as Napoleon said give me an educated mother and I will give an educated nation. The fact that he speaks of the advancement of women here does not mean that he does not speak of men.

Because from that early era, women in different countries of the world are still far behind in terms of progress. This is to make people of all countries realize how important the role of women in a country and a family is.

A family is compared to a state. So a woman or a man should not be despised in any way. Rather, everyone should be considered equal. Because gender equality is essential for economic prosperity in a family. Even I think the family in my country that has gender equality is economically stronger.

Due to gender equality a man can bring out his creativity which is an asset to his family and country.

An educated nation is the wealth of that country and I think gender equality plays a leading role in education.

Is gender equality crucial for all people, not just women?

Of course gender issues are important for both men and women. Because if one of the two wheels of a car is immobile, the car cannot be moved by the other. Similarly women are equally important along with men.

History has proven that time and time again. Victory Lakshi women have given inspiration to all the creations in this world where the whole end intervenes. The same applies to women. Because if a man does not cooperate with a woman, then he too cannot go very far. That is, we see gender equality nowhere in success here.

What are your thoughts on gender equality, specifically concerning the circumstances in your country?

To be honest my family gender equality mindset is quite positive. Because I am the only child in the family. That is why I have never faced the issue of gender equality and discrimination.

But I have noticed gender inequality on my side. That is, I want to convey that gender equality has not yet been achieved in our country. Still boys are valued more than girls in the family.

How to educate our children to understand this issue?

We all know that family is our primary school. Also I think family is responsible for gender inequality. Because we learn from childhood that a boy is more important than a girl.

So we should change the family mindset. That even the new born child in the family can realize it from the beginning of education. Babies are like soft cries. They will be built as they are built.

Even if we try, we cannot make outsiders understand very easily. But we can teach this concept to the children in the family.

Gender equality is very important to all of us. Its value can be understood by looking at some developed countries of the world. Gender equality is one of the reasons why they are idols among the countries of the world today.
