The diarygame: 25/05/2024: Exerting day at work .

After getting up at 6 am in the morning, I freshened up and offered morning prayers. Then I took a nap again as my baby had kept me awake during the night, so I was feeling giddy in the morning. I took chia seeds in the morning as I am trying to lose weight. Then I woke up at 8:30 am to get ready for duty. I took a cup of milk and then dressed up to get ready for work.

My baby is used to being with my in-laws since she came back home after several months following her birth. So I have to take her with me several times and drop her at my in-laws until I return from duty. I took her along, dropped her at my in-laws, and then headed towards work. As I reached and started my routine OPD consultation, one of my colleagues told me to get something to eat. I then told her to order Afghani Chicken. She did so, and it cost me 1100 INR. We then had lunch with the ordered chicken.

After lunch, I got busy with routine work again, and we were done by 4 pm. I then headed towards the market to get some items for the kitchen as my wife called me during duty. When we left, it was too hot and dusty outside. Finally, I came back and took my baby back home from my in-laws. Initially, I thought of keeping her there, but later I canceled that plan and brought her back. Upon reaching home, I freshened up, took tea, and then got busy with the baby.

I showed her rhymes on laptop and then took her to the lawn and played with her in the park. Later, she started crying, and then I went to my wife to console her. Then I came to my room as I was feeling very tired. I then took a rest for a while.

Later, I went to my exercise room and ran on the treadmill for half an hour. Nowadays, it is uncomfortable to run on the treadmill as the weather is hot outside. When I came back, I checked my official group where we were reminded of pending work regarding the latest portal launched by our government for reporting cases related to heat-related injuries. I submitted that and then had to update another portal as well.

Nowadays, besides offline work, the government has so many online portals too. With the advancement in technology, instead of feeling relieved, we feel overburdened as we have to submit online as well as offline work. Later, we were called for dinner.

After finishing dinner, I decided to steam my skin as my skin health is deteriorating these days. I have also ordered some medicine online catering to skin health. Later, I had a face wash and then offered prayers. Now I am writing my diary and soon shall take a nap.
