May our friendship last forever

Friendship plays a hugely important role in our lives and I do my best to maintain good friendships. I have met many amazing people in my life when it comes to friendship, but when it comes to close friend that you can discuss what ever that bothers you to a friend of my gender, I have just one.

Till now we don't know what attracted each of us together but we've been friends for good 8 years now and counting. She is older than me and of course I like friends that are older than me and more experienced, we do exchange gifts and build our relationship from time to time.

However, out of all this, one friend in particular has helped me over many years.

I admire our friendship so much.

We met while I stayed with my cousin and we've been bonded over our love for each other. We had the same goals in common, although I later travel back to school, we were unable to see each other as often as we could, because we live in different states.

We always chat online and help each other with work, I don't know where I would have been in life without the love and support of this my great friend.

In this contest, I want to talk about a friend, a partner in crime that I knew 3 years ago. I call him Crony because he is a true friend, my partner in everything.

My gossip partner

We've been together for almost 3 years, we have just 2 months to count 3 years of living together as a friend and a marriage mate.

I've learnt a lot from him and he learnt from me as well. We have spent our best time to structure and build this friendship each day to the best level.

So I prepared hot pepper soup catfish with rice on a cold day for my love.

My crony's favourite meal is spicy pepper soup and he doesn't joke with fresh catfish so I got it from our fish pond at home and prepared this flavoured, spicy pepper soup for him today as his breakfast.

I thought of how to what to give him to make him smile today as he was really moody so I went to a shopping mall and I saw this lovely candy. And it was written on it I love you so I bought it for my love.

As I gave him the candy, he replied I love you too he was so happy.

So building friendship doesn't cost much, a little word or gift helps builds up friendship. So rather than waiting for a long time to get a gift for a friend, you can either buy what is affordable for your gift and your friends will be happy.

People do think until they have a huge amount of money to buy a huge gift that they can build a friendship especially with their spouse. But from experience I will say no to this because anything that you feel it can be appreciated by you, is what giving out to another person.

My best friend

Just few hours ago, I received a sweet message from my crony, thanking me for the way I have been treating him so special and also for the gift I give to him today. He said it was so thoughtful of me as he didn't expect such a gift from me.

Therefore, whether it is time to celebrate friendship day or not always share gifts to your friends to build your relationship with them.
