That's great, because I woke up this morning in a very bad mood. This is due to my wife, unfortunately I chose to live the wrong person. They say that people change, if true, then about na has changed for the bad.

When I'm angry, I do everything I can to kill that anger. Anger is a great energy, just like love. I'm going to run or exercise right away. After some time, physical exertion makes the feeling of anger pass and the body returns to normal again. Meditation is also needed to sort out this emotional state, but i still think you need to do some physical effort first. Such purification of body and spirit.

What makes me angry? Usually my close ones. Unfortunately, my family and my wife make me go downhill all the time. Maybe one day I'll kill myself and I don't care anymore. Maybe it's karma for what I've done wrong. I don't know.

I usually try to keep my emotions in check, but there are days when I can't, like today. Today is very bad, but I feel more sadness than anger. Or to put it another way, I feel anger along with hatred and rage.

Anger is our enemy for sure, but sometimes this enemy makes us realize what is important in life and what is not. All good and bad experiences teach us something. Sometimes, unfortunately, there are such days that a person already loses hope, but after every storm the sun will come out.

How to deal with anger? Anger and other feelings are very necessary to get to know yourself and learn a lot in life. Just when we are under the influence of anger, we have to accept it and move on, then powerful changes are born in us that will help in the future.

I just remebered the quote by Buddha, "Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned."

I don't know about your problems or you, but reading you post really made me think twice. And, I would want you to read the book "The secret". And, do yoga and meditation for few days, you will start noticing changes in you, and people around you.
