Assalamualaikum my friends. How are you all? Hope everyone is well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, I am fine and very excited because today I am here to take part in a wonderful contest that was organized by @deepak94 brother. I really liked the theme of his contest and that is "Share your Train Journey." This is a wonderful contest and I truly appreciate and I am very glad to take part in the contest. But before jump to the topic of his contest, I want to give him a big thanks for organized such a very nice contest.

Share your favourite Train Journey.**

The date was 4/14/2018 and it was almost 5 years ago today. I still remember this day because it was the first day of Bangla month. Interestingly, we did not know that there was a big fair going on there on this day. The place I am talking about is Pakshi which is located in Pabna district and is called Harding Bridge.

My friend Md. Kamran Hossain gave us the idea of ​​going on this train trip. Basically, my friend used to visit his uncle's house in Rajshahi and he used to see this bridge on the way and one day he told all our friends. We also agreed to go there and all planned this train trip to get an idea of ​​the place. It was my first train journey so I was quite excited, as it was my first time traveling far from home.

As usual we started this journey with friends and an elder brother along with us. The elder brother who accompanied us was a very sociable and generous man. We left home at 5 am and reached the railway station by six. From there we traveled for about four to four and a half hours to reach Pakshi.

We got down there and saw a lot of people around so we asked some people what was happening here and they were having a fair here on the occasion of our Pahela Baisakh. Then we were more happy and we all started roaming around and enjoying the scenery around. Once we hired a boat and went under the Pakshi Bridge and we discussed among ourselves about the construction of this bridge.

Then we went from there by easy bike to visit a beautiful mosque which is very old and famous mosque there. I can't remember the name of the mosque. I went there and saw the decoration work going on around it and when I asked some people they said that a huge waj mahafil has been organized there and it will be held for seven days and there is a crowd of lakhs of people in this mahafil and people come from different parts of the country. This mahfil started five days after the day we went.

In between we finish our lunch but the price is much higher than the quality of the food there. However we ended up taking some rest and as our train back to Khulna was at 4:30 we couldn't stay there much longer. After that we wandered around the station for some time and when our train left we all headed home.

Any funny anecdote on that trip that makes you memorable.

I have already said that it was my first train journey and traveling with my friends especially my close friend Md. Kamran was a very enjoyable time for me. And I have never traveled so far from my home so it was a very exciting trip for me too and I wish I could travel by train. After that I have traveled by train many times but first time train travel was a different experience which will never be forgotten. We had a lot of fun on this trip, jokingly stealing each other's food inside the train and doing many other little pranks that I still remember. So it was my most enjoyable and pleasant train journey ever.
