Today I am here to participate in the Hindwhale Community contest and their topic for this week is "What is the most popular employment in your country ?" I like this contest and I am eager to participate in this contest. So without delay let's start.

What are the most popular employment in your country?

Government jobs are always on the list of most popular employment in Bangladesh. Our Bangladeshi people think that this is a trust job for their whole life. Because through this job they can enjoy many opportunities which may not be possible in any other employment.

It is the dream of every person in Bangladesh to get a government job. So after completing education or while studying, they try for all kinds of government jobs. And because of the rush of people towards this government job, it becomes very difficult to get a job. Every year thousands of students appear for numerous government job circulars but very limited number of people get job opportunities.

As a result of getting a government job, a person gets all kinds of facilities from the government. And a government job can play a leading role for a man to run his family well and comfortably. So it can be said without a doubt that the most popular employment in our Bangladesh is the government job.

Do you believe "AI" will help or create problems in the job market?

Of course I think AI can help people get new jobs as well as cause many people to lose their jobs. We all are familiar with AI and we know that AI can easily present anything accurately to us which saves us time and brings precision to our work. Nowadays AI has become very popular among us and many people have created new jobs for themselves using AI which is really commendable.

But in addition to this, AI has created problems in many of our lives that have caused many workers to lose their jobs and many are at risk of losing their jobs. AI is programmed in such a way that it can present any information to us in a short period of time and can perform tasks with much faster speed and accuracy than humans and for which many people would lose their jobs.

How to reduce rising unemployment.

I think we need to take multi-pronged measures to reduce rising unemployment.Some of the ways to overcome rising unemployment are given below:

• First of all we need to improve our education system especially we need to give more importance to technical education. Because the root cause of our unemployment is our lack of skills. If we can learn practically in addition to book learning, it will create skills and experience for us which will help to eliminate our unemployment.

• The present time is the era of technology so we must be familiar with technology and master it. Nowadays all our activities are online based so we must acquire knowledge and experience about it. The more we master technology the easier it will be for us to create jobs.

• We ourselves must be proactive and create creativity in us by which we can create employment by becoming entrepreneurs ourselves.

• Of course government action is very important to remove unemployment. If the government wants to establish many planned industries where large numbers of people can be employed to eliminate unemployment. Apart from this, technology based online training can be provided to the students or unemployed youth to create employment so that they can become self-reliant as well as contribute to the development of the country.
