Hello Friend's it's another awesome day and I have been waiting for this day to come thanks to @jyoti-thelight for all your good work on Steemit platform you have been doing so well always publishing contest about power up you really wish well for Steemit platform much gratitude to you .

So here I will be showing you all my lovely steemians how I made my power up of 120 SP today so let's get started and for those who are looking for guild on how to power up this post is for you.
Step 1
Firstly I opened my Steemit and then clicked on wallet and then I clicked on the 3 dash at the top right corner then it take me to another section where I click on signed in.

Step 2
Here is where I signed in by putting my private key and my username as you can see after that I now click on login.

Step 3
Now i have login I clicked on the liquid steem that I want to power up and then it displays and options and i chose the option number three which is power up .

Step 4
Another section which says convert to steem power so i needed to put my username and password which did my username was already they so I put the amount which is 120 SP and click on power up.

Step 5
In another section that says confirm transfer to vesting this means I have to recheck if everything is correct the way I want it so I did and i confirm that everything is perfect I now click on ok and waiting for few seconds then it went successfull.

Importance of power up
Powering up your steem power increases your influence on the Steemit platform and the more SP you have the more your vote is worth, allowing you to curate other people post effectively and potentially earn more rewards.
And also to power up your SP to me I see it like investing in the platform and it shows your commitment to Steemit platform and allows you to have a stake in it's succes.
