Hi Steemian friends

Today I feel very happy because on this beautiful day I have the opportunity to visit a very spectacular place in Banda Aceh City.

The beautiful place I visited today is the Floating PLTD Ship Complex, this is a ship that was under the waves of the Tsunami Disaster for up to 3 km, this ship was reduced very much which made me very amazed to see it, but today I also did not focus too much on seeing the floating ship, because today I also want to explore every detail in this place.

Here there is also a monument depicting the Tsunami waves and a wooden ship in the middle, seeing this monument makes me imagine how terrible the Tsunami Waves were at that time.

This Floating Ship is also very heavy, according to the information I got this ship weighs 2,600 tons, but the Tsunami waves were able to carry this ship very far from the sea.

Near this floating ship there is also a small mosque with a beautiful design and also very pleasing to the eye. This mosque was built with minimalist architecture which makes it look even more beautiful and spectacular.

This small mosque can also be seen clearly from the top of the Floating Ship which makes it look so beautiful, after performing the Asr Prayer in this beautiful mosque, I returned to explore the beauty of this Floating Ship.

Around the Floating PLTD Ship there are also ruins of houses from the Tsunami that were deliberately not cleaned, and it is said that under this Floating PLTD ship there are also many oppressed houses.

Every day the Floating Ship complex area is always crowded with tourists from various regions in Indonesia to tourists from abroad, I myself feel very happy to be able to see traces of history this close to my own eyes directly, hopefully in the future I can visit this beautiful place again to explore further about the legacy of the Tsunami.
