Journey Through Morning Prayers to Wedding Bells: My Day Unfolded

Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.

I couldn’t hold myself back in the bed for long because of the heat I felt under the quilt and kicked myself out, so has to be able to reach the mosque in time and attend the morning prayers in community with other people of the society. After long prostration and making supplications, I returned home to set off for a walk towards the orchards, which have occupied the external area of the whole village. I like going on walk early in the morning because it’s the only time when cold breeze blows and helps one to get relief from the scorching heat that has engulfed the valley for quite a few days now.. It helps me to be cool and composed and also gives me positive energy to fulfil my day to day challenges be it the challenges of life or the challenges I face in my official capacity.

Today it was a special day because one of our childhood friends was going to get married and it was special because we had been together right from our childhood and realising that it was a stage of getting married now made me a little emotional. I couldn’t stay back in home, as I had been invited a day before to the occasion. This friend of mine lives at a stones throw from my house, and it was our responsibility to make the wedding possible by making all necessary arrangements. We had been assigned the job as we being the youth of the locality.

A few of my friends, who where are also invited to the occasion were also there with whom I enjoyed doing different tasks. As we have different traditions and customs, and one of the major custom being serving the guests a special Kashmiri cuisine, Wazwan mainly made out of meat, and a major part of the items being prepared from the crushed meat, which needs a few strong guys with patience to crush meet for all the guests who arrive at the occasion. The work is considered to be one of the toughest tasks and this time I was given the task of serving these guys food and other fluids to stay strong and hydrated in such a humid environment. I enjoyed my job and could also serve well as no one among these guys complained about anything.

I got exhausted throughout the day and got a severe headache, and I somehow could have my lunch very late in the day at around 5 PM as we first accomplished our task of serving food to the guests and then had ours. The agonising headache made me to leave the party and then reach home to relax. After taking a nap for about an hour, I could feel some relief and then returned to the same party as the groom was yet to arrive .

After the actual wedding ceremony called Nikkah was over I returned home to go back to sleep without having my dinner because I was feeling full and to save myself from any bad condition of health I felt it an appropriate thing to do.
I went to sleep at 11:30 without spending much of my time on social media.

It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
