Hello, my good Steemit friends! I am happy to have you here reading through my post, in which I talked about "The Anger Challenge" which is organized by @aviral123.
😠When you're angry, what do you do?
When I am angry, I stay alone in a private place where I can bring down my anger. I do not like associating myself with people when I am angry because it makes me get angry the more when people are trying to know the reason for my anger which Is why I prefer staying in a lonely place to mediate my life whenever I am angry.
👿What causes you to become angry?
There are many things that cause me to become angry and some of them are shared below.
When I am wrongly accused of what I do not do.
When someone insulted me or my parents.
When I fail to achieve something I have work hard for.
When I lost money of any valuable items.
😡Do you have a quick temper? Or is it under your control?
No I don't have a quick temper because my temper is under control. The best way of me controlling my temper is go related with good friends and get myself busy with something important. I hardly get offended, because if I should get offended I sparked a lot.
😤Anger is our friend or our enemy? State your ideas.
Anger is our enemy, because it makes us feel unhappy with ourselves. An agry person is tempted to do something bad and angry led to jealousy, fight and so many things that can tear us apart which is not a good thing.
👿Please offer advice on how to manage our anger?
My dear, friends never let your anger to make you do something that you would later regret of. My advice is for you to learn how to control your anger and embrace peace. Always put a smile on your face to avoid getting angry.
