Hello friends,
Eid Mubarak friends, how are you all? Hope everyone is well and healthy. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I am participating in: HWC Contest #62: Food Diary Game-Week-9 contest organized by Hindwhale community. I thank @jyoti-thelight mam for organizing a beautiful contest for us. Today I will share with you the food diary blog of Thursday 20-06-24.

Breakfast

It is Eid's fourth day today. The Eid holiday is not over yet so I woke up a little late in the morning. After giving myself a quick wash, I got up. Then I had boiled eggs for a light breakfast in the morning. One egg for breakfast can help with several physical problems. Iron, vitamins, healthy fats, and protein can be found in the yolk of an egg. When it comes to a child's physical development, bone strength, and brain growth, eggs are highly beneficial. Vitamin A, which is also found in eggs, helps with vision. Vitamin D in the yolk is good for bones. B vitamin from it aids in converting food into energy. So by eating a boiled egg for breakfast every day, the body will not be tired all day.

Drinks

Today I made mango juice. Mangoes are beneficial for our health. Vitamin C, and Vitamin A present in mango help to increase the immune system of the body. In particular, the vitamin A present in mango keeps good eyesight and also removes dryness around the eyes. Mango is called the king of fruits because of its incomparable taste and multiple nutritional properties.

Lunch

Today's lunch menu was Khasi fried meat with hot rice. Eid-ul-Azhar Eid is over but the mood of Eid is not over yet. Recipes of different padas with meat at home. My husband likes to eat Khasi meat fried. Protein, vitamins, and minerals are all found in good amounts in beef. This meat contains vitamin B3, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, iron, zinc, and selenium. All elements play an important role in body composition.

Laccha semai

Delicious laccha semai soaked in milk for an afternoon snack. Sweets play a huge part in Bengali culture. Apart from this, Bengalis do not go without sweets after a heavy meal. And on Eid, semai cannot be imagined as a sweet dish. Apart from Eid, I cook semai for my kids on other occasions. Semai is preferred as a sweet dish as it can be cooked in less time and with few ingredients. I love to eat laccha semai cooked with almonds and raisins. It is affordable and healthy compared to other sweets.

Halim

Yummy Haleem is loved by everyone for an afternoon snack. Spicy Haleem Biswad with beef will bring back the taste in the mouth. I have been eating meat since the day of Eid-ul-Azha. So today I thought of cooking something different with meat. So I quickly brought a packet of ready-mix haleem and made haleem. A bowl of haleem will invigorate the body and mind.

Evening Time

In the evening I gave biscuits with warm milk to the children before sitting down to read. Milk is a nutrient-rich food in the daily diet. Milk has health benefits for the body. Protein and other vital elements are abundant in milk. It is a very beneficial drink for the body. Milk contains protein, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B12, calcium, potassium and phosphorus. These ingredients make the muscles strong and hard. Moreover, it helps to preserve health by giving the body nutrients.

Dinner

Hot bread with beef for dinner. Bread with meat broth is very fun to eat. After rice, bread is one of the most nutritious foods in our daily life. The main ingredient of bread flour contains various nutrients that reduce our chances of heart attack. Eating bread at night fulfils our body's need for vitamins and minerals. Eating bread regularly at night increases the immunity of the body.

Conclusion

We need to eat a diet rich in nutrients every day to stay healthy. Each of the foods that I have arranged in today's food list contains some or the other nutrients. The body needs a diet rich in nutrients and clean water to stay healthy.
