Today I will participate in weekly HWC contest #81: Food Diary Game - WEEK -19 organized by @jyoti-thelight mam in Hindwhale community. I am sharing the food diary blog dated 12-09-24 in today's contest.

I washed my teeth as soon as I woke up. After freshening up, I spent some time sitting on the balcony in the open air of the morning. I then proceeded to prepare breakfast in the kitchen. Today I made bread for breakfast. Yet I'm not able to consume a substantial breakfast in the morning. This morning I had breakfast with dates, raisins, bananas, and a packet of vegetable biscuits and left for school.
Today is the last day of children's exams at school. After duty at school from 8 am to 12:50 pm, I returned home after the exam. After returning home, I went to the kitchen to cook for lunch. Now I prepared everything for cooking and put it on the stove.

I cooked pigeon meat this afternoon. Pigeon meat is very tasty. Pigeon meat tastes better than chicken meat. Although small, pigeon meat has a lot of protein, which is close to beef. Additionally, the necessary elements in pigeon meat are higher than in chicken flesh. Pigeon meat contains iron, phosphorus, vitamin B12. These ingredients improve our brain and skin health as well as blood circulation. Pigeon meat can also be cooked quickly.

Rice is very rare in Bengali's lunch menu and so is fish. Since terms contain rice and fish, Bengali is present. But heavy food cannot be eaten every day, eating light food occasionally is good for health. Life has been miserable in the intense heat of the past few days. So this summer it is necessary to cook thin broth curry with little masala. Due to the extreme heat, I cooked alu potol thin broth with rice fish this afternoon.

In the current heat, it is necessary to eat a lot of fruits to stay healthy. Today I had pineapples at home, so I cut them to eat. One excellent source of nutrients is pineapple. Pineapples are rich in vitamins A and C, calcium, potassium, and phosphorus. All these elements play an effective role in filling the lack of nutrients in our body. By eating a small amount of pineapple every day, the body will not lack these nutrients. Pineapple is a great way to improve our digestion.

Cooked fish roe with potol. There were two roe fish eggs in the fridge. Thinking about what can be cooked with roe fish eggs, it suddenly came to my mind to make roe fish roe and cook it with potol. So first we cleaned the eggs well and prepared the bara with onion and pepper. Then I cut 3-4 potols and cooked potal broth with fish egg batter.

Every meal should contain every nutrient that we require. We should eat vegetables and fruits for half of our daily meals. To keep the body healthy, we should eat a small amount of oily and fatty foods and drink enough safe water.

Has compartido un menú muy delicioso y nutritivo amiga, el desayuno me encantó, con esos dátiles, pasas, plátanos y galletas algo ligero pero cargado de vitaminas.
No he tenido la oportunidad de comer palomas pero si por mi casa habían muchas personas que lo hacían por su alto valor nutritivo, y ese plato tuyo se ve muy delicioso.
Siempre en la tarde es muy bueno comer alguna fruta, tiene un gran aporte de nutrientes para el cuerpo.
Ese pescado luce muy bien amiga, y todos sabemos lo importante que es consumirlo por lo menos tres veces por semana.
