We all have that particular subject that stood out during our time in high school. While most people might find it difficult to pick a favorite, mine is actually very easy. Science classes have always fascinated me, so it wasn't far off that I would find Physics- the study of matter very interesting.

Tell us how your favorite subject made learning effortless for you.

As I mentioned earlier, Physics was my favorite subject in high school and I developed a fast aptitude towards learning this subject because it involved a lot of things you see in our daily lives, from motion to elasticity to heat to equilibrium and even Quantum physics, I found them to be very interesting. I'm a visual learner, so it's easier for me to learn things I can observe on my own and almost very difficult for me to forget. I was fortunate to have had a good physics teacher who made me discover my interest even further. Although his teaching methods were a bit strict, it was what I needed at the time.

Did you always manage to get good marks in your favorite subject, or did you face any hardship at any particular time?

I didn't exactly face so much hardship at the time of taking physics in high school because I had already covered most of the syllabus over the holiday and could attempt more advanced questions. Throughout my senior year in high school, I was the best physics student due to how much learning and development I had gone through. The normal classes were merely a revision and the exams were too easy for me. I was recognized for my knowledge in physics even among my teachers.

Are there any other subjects that you like too?

Apart from Physics, I also happened to be the best in "Technical Drawing" owing the fact that my passion was directed towards Engineering and Architecture. The ability to represent information on a drawing with so much accuracy and precision was a talent I discovered over time. I would often sketch out building plans in my free time just because I could. It was nice developing new ideas and representing them on a sheet of paper.

Do you help your children or siblings in their favorite subject

Till this day I still assist my little sister with Physics problems. She wants to be a medical doctor so it's part of the important science courses she needs to be qualified for admission into the college of medicine. I find it satisfactory that I'm able to bequeath my knowledge to her and she's able to understand it even better than she does in her school.

Finally, is there any role of your favorite subject in your present-day life?

You could say I'm living my dream course. I'm currently studying Quantity Surveying in the University, and this combines the knowledge of Physics as well as the knowledge of understanding drawings, mostly architectural drawing. I do admit that sometimes it gets very difficult but it's easier knowing you're following your passion and for that, I'm glad.

To be honest, physics was and is still one of the best subject I tend to appreciate in terms of straightforward calculations and it applications in real life. It's good to know you were known for your incredible knowledge in physics and it's also good to know technical drawing has been another subject you cherish most which is on its way to making you a reputable person in the society. I never for once had below 90 in physics even in tertiary institution to show it's in my blood streams. All thanks to the person that laid foundation to my understanding of the subject in question. Thanks for inviting me. I'll surely participate

One man’s food is another man’s poison
Physics was my worst subject in school😭I hated it with all my passion because I found it much difficult I must say,up till now I still do,I refused to write it in my jamb and it later affected me giving me limited courses to study

This is so interesting,
I'm glad you could connect to your dream subject because of the ability of your teacher to pass the message across to you properly, I know you enjoyed physics and I really found it difficult. lol maybe you are a genius I think🤔

Genius, no ..but I was lucky to have had a really good teacher who knew how to use visual learning to my advantage.

That's interesting to hear... Good teachers brings out the best in their students

Exactly, my friend, they do... big respect to all the teachers out there who continually contribute to our intellectual growth.

Hola amigo, la física es hermosa estudia las propiedades de materia y de la enegía...

Felicitaciones porque enseñas a tu hermana...
