The post I choose as my best post for this week is a challenge organized by and published by @bossj23 supported by our great ma'am @patjewell.

In the challenge, 150 steem power is set as a target for anyone who choose to participate to hit before the end of this month September.

For instance if @jozzie90 currently have 150sp he is expected to hit up to 300sp within the month without powering up.

Wow!! what a great challenge ❣️❣️.

The author of my selected post is a Steemian with a username of @bossj23 he is currently a an a moderator (MOD) in "Steem for Kids & Parents" and "Steem4nigeria".

He is also know for training and mentoring some newcomers in steemit platform, I am one of the beneficiary of his mentorship.

His current reputation here in this platform is ranked with (71).

My reason for selecting the post as the best is stated below.

• Motivation: the challenge organized has foster a sense of motivation and ready to me to accomplish my goals here in Steemit platform. It has pushed me out of my comfort zone and encourage you to take actions by working had here so that I can accomplish my dreams.

• Personal Growth: the Challenge has set me to learn new strategy, seek for moreknowledge and develop my existing potential.
  This probably build my personal growth and development.

• Engagement: the challenges actually require interaction with others to accomplish. This automatically great an opportunity to build relationships and learn from others who may are successful in steemit.

Those are some point why I selected the post as my best post for the week.

I have learn that before I can be successful in Steemit that I need to be involving myself in challenges which will probably boost my knowledge and that ability to engage with others.
