Hello good evening to all steemians here in HINDWHALE COMMUNITY, I believe we all had a wonderful day.
Here is my participation in a contest The anger challenge organized and published by @aviral123.
Most time we get angry because anger is a natural emotion that we experience, anger can said to be the normal response to some situations that are perceived as threatening and frustrating.
But individuals express and manage their anger can in different ways, here I a good to talk about how I do manage my anger.

When you're angry, what do you do? |

My actions when am angry can be vary depending on the situation, but sometimes I choose to isolate myself or withdraw from the situation by making sarcastic remarks or by giving silent treatment just to get myself calm.
What causes you to become angry? |

When know as a human we have different things that can make us angry, to me this are some of the to thing that can make me become angry.
- When someone violate or crosses my personal boundaries, it can provoke anger.
- Most time perceiving disrespect and insults, do trigger my anger.
- When I'm threatened being it physically or emotionally, I may respond with anger as a
act to protect myself.
- Injustice can even make me go mad witnessing and experiencing unfair treatment judge along side with discrimination, this triggers my anger.
- When I face obstacles or challenges that prevent me from achieving their target, this always make me become frustrated and leads to anger.

No, it's under my control.
Since I learnt that controlling anger allows leads healthier emotional expressiond, improved relationships good relationship, good decision-making and our overall well being.
Anger is our friend or our enemy? State your ideas. |

Anger have a lot of negative effects on our health, for that reason it may not be our friend. Study proves that anger trigger the bodys stress response which lead to increased heart rate, blood pressure and the release of stress hormones. This can have negative effect on our body system.
Please offer advice on how to manage our anger? |

Managing anger may be very challenging, but applying practice and patience, it is possible to control and channel it in a healthy way. Below are are some strategies to help you manage your angers....
- Practice deep breathing
- Take a break
- Express yourself calmly

Despite that anger have some health issues it is Good that we remember that anger can also be a useful emotion in some situations.
It can motivate us to take actions set boundaries and stand up for our right.
Also it is good to recognize and acknowledge our anger, but also to find healthy ways to express and manage it.
The process may require techniques like, deep breathing, exercise, talking to a trusted friend or our family members, or engaging in activities that help us relax and reduce stress, they a lot of them. finding good and constructive ways to deal with our angers, we can eliminate its negative impact on our health.

Anger is a terrible thing, and if you cannot control it, you will often find yourself in hot water.
I'm one of those who don't get angry quickly. It also takes a lot to make me angry, but boy, oh boy, when I do get angry, I can lash out.
