The Diary Game ||17- 02- 2025 || Preparing for fitness learning challenge and going to work

Dear diary.

The last time I came to your page, i discussed about how I transform my hectic day to serving Jehovah and spending a quality time with my friends, today I'll unfold my Preparation for fitness learning challenge and going to work.

It was 7 o'clock AM when I rose up to see the bright new day, actually Mondays is officially known for it's hectic activities because it mark the end of relaxation. A funny memes I read days ago described a busy day as a day after Sunday, a day before Tuesday; it's crazy.

Anyway, it's my work day so made some preparation but then I hang on because I already planned to record a video for fitness learning challenge, I tried yesterday but failed due to the exhaustion nature of the selected program; I know am a fitness personal but avoid being a little judger because this particular exercise are tricky exhausting.

Cardio Exercises are meant to improve one's endurance but you must carry it out regularly, that's the reason i got tired on my first trial because I don't incorporate it regularly. Today I successfully execute the selected program without exhausting feeling but become perspirated.

Upon returning home with coach @ngoenyi, we get distracted by a ripe prepared pineapple in the middle of the road, we got hang on because of its sweetened aroma that spread on the air. Each piece was sold at 200 naira so ngoenyi bought three piece which cost 600 naira, 2.5 steem.

The perspiration that pop up in me got disappeared before I finished my share, it was sweet and fresh as if it was store in a refrigerator, maybe it was. I arrived home after 10 minutes of leaving the pineapple stand, here at home I concentrate on the actual preparation for work.

After making friend with my breakfast, I stepped out from my comfort zone heading to my work premise, upon reaching the tarred road, a bus driver approach which I offer him 100 naira and he accepted. With the help of the transportation, I arrived faster and earlier than I was supposed to if I trek though I was late.

Everywhere and everyone, the workers and the vendors were busy focusing on producing more water while the vendors were busy loading their machine. Today despite being Monday, my other male worker refused to show up and I don't know why, maybe he requested maybe not no I dea.

While other workers were focusing on the machine, I stick to getting all the leakages ready for sales. Something happened that obstructed one of our production machine; as an effect of the situation, we can't produce much water as we should, keeping the driver's in a suspend and that irritates them so badly.

I got tired and hungry; the intestine in my tummy stumbled really louder requesting for food, I had a thousand naira note in my wallet which I used to purchase a loaf of bread and liquid drink to used quench my thirst.

Food keeps us calm and boosts our energy, I was revitalize after some minutes of rest which enabled the junk to digest properly. With the new strength in my shoulder, I took the privilege to support one of the female worker in the machine which grant her some hours of rest.

I was supposed to work in the machine for a few hours but unknowingly I stayed till the stoppage hour which mark the beginning of our redemption for the day. I Initially took a bathe and departed, thanks for the help of our vendors who kindly gave me a ride.

It was getting dark and he was out of fuel to continue the ride; thankfully we saw a filling station to refill the tank, while in the process I seized the opportunity to captured the moment. A litre of fuel in my locality is currently between 1050/1100, it used to be higher than but thankfully it's depreciating.

Things are cost because of the high price of fuel; fuel of 90 naira is currently N1050/N1100, this high price reflects on transportation which is the source of shipping goods acrose the world. People who buy or order goods from a distance are affected by the high cost of transportation, they won't want to loose their transport fee but rather sell to recover their capital, profit and transport fee as well therefore setting the price of professions higher just to favour them..... however, we'll all survive.

I arrived home by a minute passed 7 o'clock, I was supposed to have a perfect relaxation but nope, I got distracted by my siblings noises and I decided to step outside the environment. I was left with a little change in my wallet so I used it purchased some biscuits, I went ahead to watch a football highlight before returning back home to end my day.

My day is fully unfold in words and pictures but I actually don't know how to describe it in one word, can you help out, if yes do so in the comments section.
