The Diary Game - 13 December 2024

This diary contains events which happened yesterday. It was 12 of December and I was invited to a Reception Ceremony. It was the reception of the son of my senior officer. The venue was situated beside my colony only.

At Office

I woke up by 8 AM and after being fresh rushed towards the office. I saw a banner installed in front of my office gate. This belonged to Mahakumbh which is going to be started from 13 January to 26 February, 2025. There are grand arrangements for this mela. Even I saw streets decorated with lights of all the city in the name of Mahakumbh.

In my office I had a little work there. By 6 PM I left the office and went home. After changing clothes I visited a salon named hairport. I had to get my hair clean. There was so much dandruff in my hair which I noticed just a couple of days earlier.

When I entered the salon, I asked for hair spa from one of the persons present there. He replied that he would do the spa immediately. But I wanted it to be done on Saturday as it is holiday. Even I was scared of getting cold if I get my hair washed in the evening. But he told me that he will use warm water. I was convinced now. He then washed my hair with shampoo and then applied cream and vitamin- E capsules. Later he steamed my hair for 10 minutes. All the process took around 30 minutes to get completed. I paid home Rs. 650/- and returned home.

Getting home, I got dressed myself well. Then I called some of my friends to join me but only was available there. Rupesh joined me within 10 minutes of my call. We went the venue which was only 50 meters away from our colony. There we met many of our colleagues and other officers which were invited there. I met the family of the bride groom and bride. We had dinner which was too delicious. We spent around an hour there. Then we returned with full stomach.

Reaching home I found the flush of the toilet was leaking and when I opened the tap of bathroom it got broken as it was already damaged. I closed it somehow and called the plumber to fix it next morning. He assured me of fixing it next day definitely. I thanked him and went to bed. Thank you for reading my diary with patience.
