Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all I hope you are well by the grace of God. I am well by the grace of the creator of your prayers. Today I will be participating in a content contest in the Hindwhale Community.The title of the content Contest:-Food Diary Game - WEEK -34Date: DD.MM.YYYY ".thank you @jyoti-thelight for organizing such a beautiful contest.

I woke up in the morning and took my daily nine fresh. Did you mean our breakfast was noodles, and biscuits. Ludu was cooked with vegetables. A delicious and healthy meal. Noodles are one of my favorite foods. Noodles are my favorite on the street in the morning, I always love to eat noodles.

Sometimes it is asked in the morning with biscuits. But today I didn't have time to make tea. Tea coffee is always prepared and consumed.

  • Our lunch menu today consisted of rice, battered fish with tomato broth, fried cauliflower, roasted lentils. A very healthy and tasty dish. Foods are my favorite. There was no junk foot.

I have prepared these dishes with my own hands. So I'm with you Puti fish broth is very delicious. Cauliflower, round potato, papaya are chopped together.

Afternoon breakfast is different every day. I love making breakfast in the afternoon. Today we had the afternoon snack menu. Pitha and Jhal Muri. Cooked chickpeas at home, then made jhal muridi with khirai tomato cucumber everything.

What happens if you don't have Jhal Muri on a winter evening? Jhal Muri is very fun by cutting green chillies and Jhal Muri. And with sweet pies, the evening was homely. So I like singing funny recipes.

  • Today's dinner items were eggs, milk. Eggs and milk are the most nutritious and delicious foods. There is no basket of milk and eggs to fill the nutritional space of the body. Milk is the best to fill my body deficiency. Eggs are the most effective to compensate for vitamin D deficiency.

It is important to keep such nutritious food in the menu at all times. And the nutritional value of milk works the most. So dinner is always egg and milk. Most of the time I eat rice at night. Sometimes I make bread or other snacks for dinner. But eggs and milk continue.
