Hi Steemians,
It's another day of the week and I'm delighted to participate in this contest today organized by @deepak94 which talks about the Impact of steem on my life. I will be making my entry below so read through it and drop your valuable comment as it will be appreciated.
Every Steemian has something to say about the impact of Steem and the Steemit platform in his or her life and my case is no different. Today I would like to discuss how Steem through the Steemit platform has changed my life for the better through the following points below.
Rewards (Incentives)
One of the first reasons why I joined the Steemit platform was because of the rewards or incentives that I got from the platform. I have never made money on my own the way I made on Steemit.
Since I joined the Steemit platform, I have been able to gain some amount of rewards and these rewards gained are used to solve the little problems I usually have which I don't need to always ask my parents for. So the reward aspect has made me a responsible person because I take care of my needs.
Today I buy anything I want without having to ask money or permission from anyone and that is why I say that the Steemit platform has impacted me so much.
Learning and Relearning
Since I joined the Steemit platform, it has been a journey of learning and relearning. I'm delighted that today I can be able to write articles of at least 300+ within some hours, this wasn't like this before now because writing has never been easy for me.
Aside from the ability to write I have also learned a lot of things by reading through the publications of other users as well as when I'm writing some contests within the platform.
Most of the contests I attempt are usually very educative and that helps me to do a little research and learn something new also I read from others to learn as well. I have also learned to use different tools here in this platform which I never knew existed and how they were used before now.
Engagement and meeting friends
Another important part is the part of meeting new friends. I'm delighted to say that I have met a lot of people through this platform some of which are from my country whereas others are from other countries. I got to know and relate with them all through the Steemit platform.
Today if I have issues or wish to travel abroad I can ask a user who is my friend about his or her country and then get first-hand knowledge about it even before I travel to the place.
Also, I sometimes spend time chatting and discussing with people within and outside this very country which makes me know and understand what is happening in other places. So all of these are impacts of the Steem token through the Steemit platform in my life.
Here I will want to invite a few friends to also join the contest and share their entries as well. I invite @mesola, @dave-hanny, and @drhira to also share their participation in this week's writing expedition contest.

@kuzboy
The Steemit platform is the best platform. It's a block chain that's how people vote here. A lot of the Steem that's generated goes into the market and goes ahead and gets burned. It is also worked from the front if the market has a lot of it and one day it will go to the top.
