Assalamu-alaikum my dear friends. I am Lamia. And I am from Bangladesh. How are you my dear friends? I hope all my dear steemian friends are well and At this time Alhamdulellah I am also fine. Today I am here to introduce my new post on Hindwhale Community which is basically a contest post. The contest I am going to participate in today is organized by the honorable @alfazmalek sir who organizes new contests every week. So I am presenting to you my post on Obesity for today's contest.
Of course I believe that prevention is better than cure. I believe that the cure of any problem is for the moment but the prevention is forever. Here is an example; Suppose some diseases are born in my body which cause me pain. In this case, it can be said that if I have any problem in my brain or head, I will definitely have a headache. Now in this case I can take headache tablets for headache relief. But this may be my contemporary headache relief remedy.
But if I get a good treatment for this long-term headache or consult a good doctor and do a preventive operation for my headache problem. But one day it will be seen that my problem will be completely cured. Although it will have some side effects, my resistance to frequent remedies will relieve me of physical pain. Likewise, not holding on to enmity between people but finding problems between the two and preventing them is what frees people from a problem altogether.

Obesity impairs human performance Obesity is said to be a major cause of disability and is associated with a variety of diseases and conditions. Due to obesity, various diseases are nested in the human body, especially cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea, certain types of cancer and osteoarthritis. There are also personal, socioeconomic, and environmental causes of obesity that exist among many people today.
Various foods can be consumed to avoid obesity and one of them is cashew nuts which are rich in skin smoothing vitamin E and meat which helps in reducing body fat. Moreover, it is possible to eliminate obesity from the human body by eating fiber-like foods, beans, green vegetables, cucumbers, watermelons, pears, fruits and other foods that reduce body fat.
In order to avoid obesity, the first thing is to stay away from fast food as these foods create excess body fat. Moreover, obesity can be avoided by avoiding high calorie foods. Moreover, one should refrain from eating excess meat which is helpful in reducing obesity. In this case, a proper list should be made in the food from which high fat foods should be avoided.
To reduce obesity we can do some simple exercises regularly which are very effective for our body. One of them is walking, climbing stairs, running, lifting heavy objects, jogging, yoga, etc. All these exercises can prevent obesity.
Also various sports can be done regularly to prevent obesity and they are; It is possible to prevent obesity from our body through various physical activities like football, badminton, swimming, jumping rope.
