Today, I will participate in Week 04 of the Hindwhale community's Engagement Challenge Session 19. This week's engagement challenge contest has been organized with a very beautiful topic. The topic is called Steemit Engagement Challenge Season-19/ Week-4 "What can you do for your friendship on Friendship Day?" I hope everyone will like my writing.

Thanks to the Steemit platform for reminding us of 30th July Friendship Day. My family is my friend. Once upon a time, I had many friends at school, college, and university. Currently, my family is my best friend. I enjoyed Friendship Day on 30th July with my family.
My Family is my friend
Due to political unrest in our country, I could not meet my family for a long time. So, after meeting my family, I celebrated Friendship Day by going to the shopping mall and buying cakes. I have a friendly relationship with my family, and I have always wanted to have a relationship with them as friends.
My son, daughter, and wife suggested celebrating Friendship Day with cake. So, in the afternoon, we bought small cakes from a shop in front of our house. After the evening, we all started the celebration by cutting the cake. My family members are few, so we bought a small cake.
My family's closest friend is our pet cat, Lucci. Lucci was with us as we celebrated by cutting the cake. We all enjoyed it very much. A friend is a person to be with in happiness and sadness. Every person in the family stays by my side like a friend. A friendly relationship with the family increases the family bond. Especially if there is friendship within the family, there is no turmoil in the family. The sons and daughters of the family can live a good life. The first condition for a family to live happily and peacefully is to have friendly relations within the family. I take my family out to celebrate Friendship Day. Today, as it is raining and political unrest is in the country, I take my family to shopping malls and buy them their favourite food.
My son and daughter go to the superstore and buy their favourite food. I take them to visit beautiful places around the house. Then we come home and celebrate by cutting the cake and taking pictures. Our family had a great time on Friendship Day.
