First of all, please accept my apology for not publishing any article or the blog here due to on going final semester exams, dissertation and viva and all but Still I have managed to get together with you with the topic of impressing others which is the most demanding character of the men. So I would like to touch some of the psychological as well as the general talks too. As always without wasting any further time let's start with the today's discussion.

Often we cannot imagine how good the effect of the first meeting can be. Because, we don't fully understand the verbal and non-verbal cues we are getting from others. Nevertheless, sometimes we want to make a good impression on others. It depends on the various factors upon which behaves at that certain time, whether it's the surrounding, whether, place and everything decides the behaviour that you would took at that time.

Popularity is, in general, being liked by most people. It includes position, prestige, honor etc. On the other hand, being particularly liked is associated with positive feelings, due to which we are influenced by a particular person and our relationships get closer. Under this, behavior is divided into two types.

Agentic behavior, when a person appears to handle their tasks well. This includes confidence, leadership, conviction, dominance and sometimes compliments about yourself. On the other hand, communal behavior involves friendship, warmth, mutual understanding and co-operation.

According to the researchers, communal behavior affects both popularity and exclusivity. It also has a good effect on new people. Although, while agentic behavior is generally preferred, it is important to avoid overdoing it. Its excess on the matter of special choice can come in the way of emotional and close relationships.
