Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you all are well. I am also fine. Today I am here in Hindwhale Community to participate in weekly food diary game contest organized by @jyoti-thelight mam and today I will present to you my food diary game last 26th September 2024. Before that I thank @jyoti-thelight mam who organizes such wonderful contests every week and I love these contests. So now I present to you my post in today's food diary game contest.
Every morning starts almost the same as I wake up in the morning to freshen up and then I try to eat some nutritious food for me. I always like to eat light meals in the morning that's why I put nutritional information in this light meal list. Similarly, on the morning of September 26, 2024, I drank two spoons of chia seeds mixed with half a mug of water after freshening up, and then ate a banana. You all probably know about chia seeds as a super food. The omega-3 fatty acids in chia seeds are effective in reducing cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure, and overall heart disease risk. In addition, the high fiber content of chia seeds increases satiety and helps control appetite and weight, and at the same time, chia seeds play an important role in a good night's sleep.
In the morning after noon I finished my bath on time and went to the dining table for lunch. Although several dishes were cooked that noon but still I chose only three dishes to eat. That day I had fig curry, tilapia fish curry and hot rice with dal. Fig is a useful fruit and we all probably know about its benefits. On the other hand, tilapia fish is called paradise fish that has several benefits. On the other hand dal is such a powerful food that I add dal to my meal list at noon and thus I complete my lunch with nutritious food.
Basically after lunch I always go to sleep to rest and then wake up in the afternoon to feel fresh. Then I like to have a light breakfast in the fall afternoon for which I always prepare something in my house. I like to eat biscuits, chanachoor and some fruits in my light meals. Although I don't have a daily meal plan, I still like to have a light snack in the afternoon almost every day.
Later in the evening I decided to eat out with my friends. It's been a long time since we've eaten out together. Also, a friend of mine came home from work for a few days and will return to work after a few days, so maybe we can see him again after a long time. So we thought we'd go out for dinner together. As per our plan we go to a restaurant called Cloud Nine for dinner and order a platter and eat it for my dinner. The platter had several combo offers of dishes for which we loved the dish. After dinner with friends, we went out of the restaurant and then went back home after having a sweet drink.
