Especially when it comes to online shopping. With the advancement of technology, many people today are used to buying the things they need online. Some people shop only online.

Which is more convenient for you: online shopping or shopping in-store? Why?

I started shopping online about 7 years ago. Before that, I used to buy things in stores only. I first opened an account on eBay with my brother. He gave me a good idea of ​​how to buy things on eBay and I started my online shopping on eBay as he told me. I still remember the first thing I bought online. Yes, it was a phone cover. I first ordered a cover for my mobile phone on eBay and within a month I received the parcel in the mail. I was very happy because it was my first online purchase.

After that, I ordered various things from eBay for about two years. I ordered many things like hair accessories, phone covers, cosmetics items, earrings, bangles, necklaces, watches, etc. through Ebay. My friends also ordered the things they needed through my account. Although I was shopping online for a long time, after a two years, the items I ordered did not arrive. The items I ordered started disappearing. So I felt very sad and disappointed about this. I did not receive several of the items I ordered in this way.

But later I was able to get a refund for the items I didn't receive. From then on, I stopped shopping online through eBay and didn't go back to shopping online for a while.

Then I started shopping online again with Aliexpress. That is, about 5 years ago, I created an account on aliexpress and started shopping online there. Since then, I have been shopping online for various things from aliexpress. I received two parcels that I ordered two weeks ago. In addition to eBay and Aliexpress, I have also ordered items from Daraz and Facebook pages. But compared to others, I do not have good confidence in shopping online through Facebook pages. Because those who lie are the ones who do a lot of business like that.

I do not use online shopping methods to buy clothes, sandals and electronic devices. Because I want to try on a dress or sandals before buying them and determine the right size, so, I do not order such things online. The same goes for electronic devices. Even they should be checked to see if they work properly before buying. Therefore, I buy such things only after going to the stores and checking them thoroughly. When it comes to checking and considering the products before buying, it is an advantage to go to the stores and check them before buying them than online shopping. We do not get this advantage when shopping online.

Online shopping and going to stores to buy goods are both convenient for me when it comes to buying various goods. Therefore, I like both of these methods. Both of these methods are convenient. Because both methods have different advantages and disadvantages, I consider those advantages when buying each product.

Do you think online shopping offers better deals and discounts than in-store purchases?

In fact, I have gotten more discounts from online shopping than from store purchases. Especially from aliexpress. In the past 5 years, I have gotten various types of discounts from aliexpress. Among them are welcome deals, new user offers, super deals, bundle deals, and year-end sales, 11:11 sales, offers for the month of January, and offers during various festivals.

So, in the last two or three months, I have bought a lot of things from various sales on Aliexpress. I got a good discount on them. I bought a lot of things from the 11:11 sale on November 11th. They were actually in very good condition. Below are pictures of the items I purchased.

Which one provides better customer service: online stores or physical stores?

In fact, when considering the customer service of online store and physical store, physical store provides better customer service. Because when we go to a physical store to buy an item, the employees there welcome us the moment we enter the store, and they give us a very good survive while choosing the items. Especially when we go to buy clothing items, they help us choose a beautiful dress that suits us. They hold our other clothes next to us while we try on the clothes. In addition, the support provided by physical store when going to change a purchased item should be really appreciated. They will also agree to change the items we have purchased, respecting our wishes.

But I am not very happy with the customer service provided when shopping online. Because sometimes even if we send them messages, they only check them after two or three days. Also, if there are any defects in the purchased items, there is no way to exchange them. In such cases, they do not even respond to our messages.

So, based on my experience and other things, the customer service provided by physical stores is really high.
