Betterlife || The Diary Game - 28/08/2024 || A Familiarization Tour To Ibom International Stadium
Health is wealth and walking to stay healthy contribute to productivity and productivity brings happiness to everyone involved!
Today I join over 500 other volunteers to take a tour around the Ibom International Stadium, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
The tour is for familiarization of the facilities for effective usage in weeks to come.
Come December 2024 there will be a three days convention on this facility where delegates will be coming from different states of the country to attend.
Hence there is need for these volunteer attendants to work hand in clove in knowing and understanding this facility so as to give the incoming thousands of attendee the needed help asd assistance.
We were given proper orientations by our guides on the needed areas with the intention of understanding them one at a time.
Then we walk around to know the areas well for easy directions.
The stadium is really a great masterpiece that sits in an expanse of land, hence it took hours to be able to tour it round not to mention checking other offices.
Maintenance is also going on in the facility in different sections.
In fact after climbing up and down, going round the facilities, I could feel my heart beating and blood flowing normally. Even though I felt tired at a point, I am happy that I made it alongside others and my health is definitely improve.
Meanwhile, I have been able to make over 5200 steps to keep fit and healthy while looking forward to the next visit coming up in a couple of weeks.
