BENEFITS OF EATING TOMATO

  • Tomatoes are high in fibre, potassium, and vitamin C. There is no substitute for eating tomatoes to keep your heart healthy.
  • Tomatoes are high in calcium and vitamins, which help to strengthen the body's bones and repair broken bones faster.
  • An adult's vision is improved by tomato. Ringworm is cured by the vitamin A it contains.

  • The vitamin A content in tomatoes lowers hair loss and strengthens hair.
