The topic of this competition is very interesting. Today I am very happy to share my today's food diary in this competition. This competition is very easy for everyone. Because everyone eats many types of delicious food every day. Therefore everyone can easily participate in this competition.

Today I woke up at 6 in the morning. After getting up, I brushed my teeth, washed my face and then took a bath. After taking bath, I went to the kitchen and cleaned the kitchen. After that I made tea. Had brought snacks from the shop to eat during tea. My husband also had to go to the hospital, so he was also ready. We both had breakfast together. After that I did the rest of the household work.

To make spinach and potato curry, we first have to chop the spinach. After that we have to wash it thoroughly with water. After that we have to pour oil in a pan. After the oil is hot, add ginger-garlic paste. After that we have to add the spinach that we have chopped. Then we have to add chopped potatoes and green chilies. Then we have to add green onions. Later we have to add all the spices and mix them well. This vegetable produces more water so we do not need to add water to it. It cooks well with that water. So this is how spinach and potato curry is prepared. It tastes better when eaten with chapatti.

I have a habit of eating something or the other every day in the evening. I was hungry in the evening and there were custard apples at home to eat. I ate custard apple in the evening. I like custard apples very much. That's why I like this food. These fruits are seen more in the winter season. When I went to the market yesterday, I saw this fruit and brought it back.

I had Manchurian rice for dinner. My husband had brought this for me from the market when he came from the hospital. I like rice a lot, so I ate this rice happily. I like spicy rice and it was spicy, so it was more fun to eat.

Hola amiga @postura de Pathana, es un gusto leerte, que buen desayuno al lado de tu esposo, genial. El almuerzo se ve muy nutritivo, nunca lo he comido, ese fruto si me gusta, por acá le llamamos "anón" a mi esposo le gusta mucho a mí no tanto, se lo recomendaron para cuidar la próstata, siempre compra, de hecho sembró una planta en el jardín.
En la noche, se come, cuando hay hambre y ese arroz te cayó "como anillo al dedo".
Fueron menús bien nutritivos, te deseo mucho éxito.
