What are the most popular employment in your country?

I am a citizen of Bangladesh and the most popular employment in our country is agriculture. 80% of people in Bangladesh are involved in agriculture. Apart from agriculture, popular employment in our country is computer science. At present, if we consider the income of the people of our country, the industrial factories have given employment to the most people of this country. The majority of Bangladesh's export earnings come from the garment industry. Therefore, it can be said that garment factories are one of the popular employments of less educated people in our country.

Do you believe "AI" will help or create problems in the job market?

AI has already brought significant changes to the job market. AI has created both advantages and disadvantages for the job market. However, I think it will create difficulties in the job markets even if it is beneficial to people's lives. AI or Artificial Intelligence is created by humans and it will bring huge improvements in the job market and reduce human effort. AI is the advancement of technology and many professions have disappeared long before the advancement of technology and will disappear in the future. For example, it can be said about the profession of liftman. An elevator is the same as not having a liftman, because the elevator conveys from one place to another at the press of a button through artificial intelligence. Liftman has no special need for AI now. Also, many jobs will disappear in the future due to the development of AI. such as

• Car driving
• Data entry and data analysis
• Courier Service Agent
• Call center staff
• Various professions including cleaners.

In the meantime, we see in developed countries where products are delivered to people's homes using artificial intelligence, so deliveryman jobs are not needed in those countries.
In many countries of the world, research on car driving using artificial intelligence will have a huge impact on the job market.
Many people have already lost their jobs due to artificial intelligence as published in an article by BBC News. So it can be said that AI will have a negative impact on job markets.

How to reduce rising unemployment

Currently unemployment is the first and foremost problem of our country. Due to unemployment, many people choose to commit suicide. However, following are some steps that can be taken to reduce the increasing unemployment.

• To reduce unemployment we all need to develop our own skills along with our academic studies so that by using those skills we can make ourselves self-reliant as well as others.
• In order to reduce the unemployment of any country, it is necessary to create various jobs in the private sector in the country along with government employment. By doing this the unemployment of the people of the country will be reduced as well as the whole country will be economically prosperous.
• To reduce the problem of unemployment we must give equal respect and dignity to all professions. We will get many employment opportunities if we do not look down on any job.
