Hope you all are good. Yesterday I wanted to submit my food menu but I was really busy that's why couldn’t post my food menu. Today I am going to share my food menu with you. Let's start,

Our daily meal begins with breakfast. My breakfast was roti (handmade bread), dal with vegetables, and fried potatoes. Bread is made from flour and dal is prepared with pumpkin. This is a delectable recipe. This type of dal is used and served with roti. Then I ate dessert. I don't like sweet food. I eat fewer sweets. I drink a cup of tea shortly after eating sweets. If I don't drink tea in the morning, I can't concentrate at work. It has become an addiction of mine. Here is the pictures of my morning foods.

Before time to had my lunch or around 12:00 pm I ate green young fresh coconut. I love the thin layer of green coconut very much. It is so yummy. It has also great nutrition value.Now-a-days these green young coconut become expensive.

After that, I had my lunch around 1:30 pm. Now let me show you my lunch menu with you all. My lunch menu was rice, spice chicken curry and daal.

Around 3:00 pm I went to kitchen again and took some fruit. I took some olives, ripe tamarind, guava, raw banana, coriander leaves. Mash them. Add chili flakes, salt. Then make special bharta by mixing everything together. The taste was so good thant I cant explain.

After magrib I took tea with my family members, Today I ate chocolate biscute with tea. I captured photos of my snacks. .

I took my dinner around 9:00 pm. My dinner item was plain rice with rice, fish curry, and daal.
