Today is 31st October and the last day of Hindfoods |My today's menu season -1| contest. So I have decided that will share something unique about my last food. From the start, I have posted about my daily food menu, street food review, and food recipe. Today I will be writing about my fruit menu and its vitamins and importance with you all. Hope this post will help you to know about the importance of having fruit on our daily menu.
There is no substitute for fruit vitamins. Each of us should eat at least one local fruit every day.I usually eat seasonal local fruits. Like: mango, black berry, banana, litchi, guava, olive, amlaki, papaya, etc. Sour fruits are the main source of vitamin C. Now it is late autumn in our country and now many fruits are available in our local market.

For the past few days, the fruit that has been eaten almost every day on my list of fruits is papaya. I like both Thai papaya and local papaya. Vegetables, curries are also cooked with raw papaya. But I like ripe papaya than raw papaya. If you saw my privious food menu you will definitely find papaya in that list. Let's share some Information about papaya.
Benefits of Papaya
- Papaya is rich in antioxidants, beta-carotene, flavonoids, lutein, cryptoxanthin.
- Papaya is usefull for both health and skin.
- Helps keep the heart healthy
- Papaya helps in digestion.
- Various cosmetics for girls are made from papaya.
- Papaya is very effective in home remedies.
Doctors advise to avoid eating raw papaya during pregnancy. Apart from this fact papaya is a very useful fruit for us.
Papaya is a very necessary fruit for growing children.So I would like to tell you, eat papaya, especially convince to eat this fruit to your growing child.
Guava |

Guava is a very familiar fruit. Almost everyone likes to eat. Its market price is relatively low and nutritional value is high.
Benefits of Guava
- Great source of vitamin-C. After amlaki, the fruit that has the highest vitamin C is guava.
- Single va contains the same amount of nutrients as four oranges
- Guava is helful for diabetic patients
- As guava contains vitamin A, it is also good for the eyes.
- Kids love jam and jelly made of guava.
Banana |

Bananas are available throughout the year. It is a perennial fruit.The price is cheap but this fruit is very popular because it is full of nutrients.
Benefits of Banana
- Banana contains vitamins A, B, C, D, E, K and carbohydrates.
- Bananas have a special role in controlling high blood pressure as they contain potassium.
- Banana provides instant energy.
