I am excited to publish my article on this week's engagement challenge with the title - "What can you do for your friendship on Friendship Day? " Let's start,

Friendship is a relationship of souls. Humans are social creatures and we make many friends while living in society. But with some people our friendship is very sincere and transcends all interests. We always have a strong desire to do something good for these friends. Through this contest I am introducing you to my friend. My dear friend's name is Shiuli Akhtar, our friendship is almost 18 years which will surely surprise anyone. She is a very hardworking and golden hearted person. But what must be shared with you while introducing her is that she is a foodie. She loves to eat a lot. So I will make donuts for her here today. Below I present its recipe to you.

Used materials

• Flour
• eggs
• sugar
• Oil
• Cocoa powder
• Vanilla essence
• salt
• milk

Steps

Step- I

---

Take one cup of flour in a bowl and mix it well with salt and one egg. The flour should be sifted with the help of a sieve so that there is no grainy material inside it. This dough has to be made very consciously. Once the dough is ready, keep it covered for at least an hour.

After 1 hour they should be made into flat breads. Then according to the shape of the donut, make round small bread. Here I used a bowl to shape the donuts. Then it should be picked up with another small round shape inside it. While doing this you should use light oil so that the dough does not stick to your hands.

Then cover them with a wet towel for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove the towel and you will see that the donuts have puffed up and are ready to be fried in oil.

In this step, take oil in a pan and heat it on low flame. Then one by one donuts should be fried in very low heat. It took me about three minutes to fry each doner. When all the donuts are fried. Wait for them to cool for a while.

Then take some icing sugar. If you don't have icing sugar at home, you can make icing sugar by blending sugar. Add a small amount of vanilla essence, a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the icing sugar and mix well. Then make a mixture with small amount of liquid milk

In the last step, dip them in that mixture and make a chocolate surface well. After making each donut in this way, you can add chocolate sprinkles later if you want. I have chocolate sprinkles at home so I couldn't use them.
